Annual Exams at Pet
Med Clinic will help you and the doctor detect abnormalities like changes in
weight, drinking, and attitude, etc. Your pet's health is dependent on you
and PMC. The annual exam includes fecals for your pet which is the
best preventative measure you can take. Fecals are recommended more often
for puppies and kittens.

Heartworm Preventatives

monthly to cats and dogs not only prevents heartworm disease but also controls
roundworm an hookworm (stomach parasites) which are highly contagious to humans

Diet: Last but not least, a diet of a good quality pet food is
important to maintain a happy and healthy pet. Our staff will be happy to
recommend a pet food best suited to your pet and its lifestyle. Proper weight is vital for a "healthy" pet.
If your pet is too heavy their problems could include arthritis, diabetes and
heart ailments.
If it is too light that may indicate early signs of disease.
